DIRECT ADVERTISING AND FEES

Our payment processors may levy a small transaction fee when clients use our services or purchase advertising space directly from the Service. HawaiiLocal.News will neither itemize nor pass on transaction fees incurred by the Service to the client. Depending on the payment method and/or the nature of the transaction, payment processors used by the Service may collect separate transaction fees from the client directly. HawaiiLocal.News and its distributor Latrans Publishing, LLC are not responsible for, and will not reimburse, transaction fees that are not levied against the Service.

Payment for any direct advertising space on HawaiiLocal.News is due upon receipt of the invoice for services rendered. No grace period is given. Once payment is received, your ad will be published as the Service discussed with the client, and outlined on our Advertise page. If the Service does not receive payment, your ad will not be published. If there is any dispute between the Service and the client that cannot be resolved within 30 days, HawaiiLocal.News and its distributor Latrans Publishing, LLC reserve the right to place unpaid bills into collections and in severe cases, pursue appropriate legal action.

HawaiiLocal.News and its distributor Latrans Publishing, LLC, operating on behalf of HawaiiLocal.News, only accept payments for direct advertising through PayPal and credit/debit cards over the phone (Visa and MasterCard only). If a transaction fails to process, your ad will not be published.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS
